Miami-Dade County adopted an ordinance creating the Genia Gardens Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing District. This district is established to maintain landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and exterior fencing/walls within its boundaries, including turf, trees, shrubs, and irrigation. Services will commence if any association or community development district fails to provide them. The estimated cost for the first year is $88,534.34, and for the second year is $71,717.38. The district was requested by 100% of the property owners, with Titan Development Partners, LLC being the sole owner and developer.
