The district will provide for the maintenance of landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and exterior fencing/walls, as well as street lighting services. The developer, The Estates at Skylake Dev Group, LLC, initiated the petition, with 100% of property owners signing. The estimated initial costs for multipurpose maintenance are $21,374.27 annually, and for street lighting are $20,739.13 for the first year and $1,042.30 for the second year. Street lighting services are expected to commence in November 2028. The district is located within Commission District 4.
