Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance creating the Olga Lidia Subdivision Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The developer, Sunshine Views 246, LLC, is the sole property owner and requested the district. Street lighting services are expected to commence in November 2028, following developer provision for the first year. Multipurpose maintenance services will commence after developer cessation and association/CDD failure.
