Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance creating the Olga Lidia Subdivision Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is generally bounded by SW 245 Terrace (North), SW 128 Avenue (East), Theoretical SW 246 Street (South), and SW 129 Avenue (West). It is located in Section 23, Township 56 South, Range 39 East. The district will provide multipurpose maintenance for landscaped areas, common areas, wetlands, lakes, and exterior fencing/walls, and street lighting services. The estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance in the second year is $19,054.51 ($0.7921 per assessable square foot), and for street lighting in the second year is $15,810.32 ($21.2230 per assessable front foot). The developer, Sunshine Views 246, LLC, is the sole property owner and requested the district. Street lighting services are expected to commence in November 2028, following developer provision for the first year. Multipurpose maintenance services will commence after developer cessation and association/CDD failure.
