Miami-Dade County Commission adopted Resolution R-432-26 on May 19, 2026, approving and confirming the preliminary assessment roll for the Wildwood Groves Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. This action allows for annual assessments against real property within the district to fund maintenance and street lighting services. The assessments will constitute a special assessment lien on the property and will be collected similarly to ad valorem taxes. The district is generally bounded by SW 272 Street to the north, Theoretical SW 158 Passage to the east, SW 276 Street to the south, and SW 162 Avenue to the west.
