Miami-Dade County adopted an ordinance creating the Wildwood Groves Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is generally bounded by SW 272 Street (North), Theoretical SW 158 Passage (East), SW 276 Street (South), and SW 162 Avenue (West). The project involves multipurpose maintenance of landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and fencing/walls, as well as the installation and maintenance of streetlights. The estimated initial cost for multipurpose maintenance is $149,883.98, and for street lighting is $52,590.16 for the first year. The developer, TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 4, LLC, petitioned for the district. The district is expected to serve approximately 115 single-family homes.
