APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS TO ILA
Board of County Commissioners · 2026-06-02 · resolution
Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-473-26, approving multiple interlocal agreements and supplemental agreements involving the County, the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust, and the Supervisor of Elections. These agreements facilitate the transition of financial disclosure and outside employment functions to the County's INFORMS platform, expand the Supervisor of Elections' responsibilities for election-related functions, and extend employee crosswalk provisions. The Supervisor of Elections will temporarily continue using existing financial disclosure systems while the County migrates them. The Supervisor's branch office will relocate within the Stephen P. Clark Center, with the Supervisor paying $1,000 per month for space usage to the Department of Transportation and Public Works, retroactive to July 1, 2025. The agreements also provide for automatic annual renewal of the Interlocal Transition Agreement. The matter was introduced on April 6, 2026, and adopted on June 2, 2026.
