APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS TO ILA

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-473-26, approving multiple interlocal agreements and supplemental agreements involving the County, the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust, and the Supervisor of Elections. These agreements facilitate the transition of financial disclosure and outside employment functions to the County's INFORMS platform, expand the Supervisor of Elections' responsibilities for election-related functions, and address the relocation of the Supervisor's branch office within the Stephen P. Clark Center. The agreements also extend employee crosswalk provisions and allow for automatic annual renewal of the Interlocal Transition Agreement. The Supervisor of Elections will pay $1,000 per month for office space use, retroactive to July 1, 2025. Vice Chairwoman Milian Orbis inquired about the scope of the changes and confirmed the process for other constitutional offices. Mr. LaFarga provided details on the transition of duties and system migration.
