APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS TO ILA

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-473-26, approving multiple interlocal agreements and supplemental agreements involving the County, the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust (COE), and the Supervisor of Elections (SOE). These agreements facilitate the temporary continuation of financial disclosure and outside employment functions on the SOE's existing system while the County and COE migrate to the INFORMS platform. They also expand the SOE's responsibilities for election-related functions and amend the Interlocal Transition Agreement for automatic annual renewal and relocation of the SOE's branch office within the Stephen P. Clark Center. The resolution also extends employee crosswalk provisions for an additional year. The SOE's branch office relocation to the Stephen P. Clark Center will result in a monthly payment of $1,000.00 to the Department of Transportation and Public Works, retroactive to July 1, 2025.
