Miami-Dade County is amending its Rules of Procedure for the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) by revising notification requirements for matters originating with the administration. The ordinance, File Number 260681, changes the rule to require notification to all commissioners for matters relating to one or more districts simultaneously, rather than only those predominantly relating to a single district. This change applies regardless of whether the Mayor sponsors the matter, and the Mayor or designee must provide written confirmation of notification.
