Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance on first reading relating to the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP). The ordinance addresses Application No. CDMP20250007, filed by GPC Miami Business Park, LLC, to amend the CDMP. The proposed change involves redesignating approximately 84.8 gross acres from 'Office/Residential' and 'Low-Medium Density Residential' to 'Industrial and Office', 'Business and Office', and 'Low-Medium-High Density Residential'. The public hearing date for the next step is to be determined. This is a standard amendment to the CDMP and is being processed concurrently with Zoning Application No. Z2025000117.
