Miami-Dade County Commission adopted a resolution approving the City of Miami's codesignation of Southwest 20th Street, between Southwest 36th Court and Southwest 32nd Place, as "Bob Valledor Lane". This action honors Robert "Bob" Valledor for his extensive contributions to the City of Miami's real estate development, community service, affordable housing advocacy, and mentorship. The County will install signage to reflect this codesignation. The City of Miami had previously passed a resolution (R-26-0044) on January 22, 2026, to codesignate this street segment. The County Commission directed the Clerk to send certified copies of the resolution to various city and county departments, as well as the U.S. Postal Service.
