COMMUNITY EXERCISES RE HORSE COUNTRY AREA

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution directing the County Mayor or designee to conduct neighborhood planning exercises for the Horse Country area. These exercises, including community meetings, will gather input on the area's agricultural, equestrian, architectural, and aesthetic character to explore the potential development of a community-specific thematic zoning district. The Horse Country area is generally bounded by SW Bird Road to Sunset Drive and from the Florida Turnpike to SW 127 Avenue.
