Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with NV5, Inc. as part of a pool of consultants to provide construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E24AV03C, has a maximum combined amount of $41,353,125.00 for a five-year term with one five-year renewal option. The services will support various capital improvement projects at the airport, including terminal and concourse construction/remodeling, apron and utilities projects, and parking structures. NV5 was the third-ranked firm selected from seven compliant proposals. This PSA is one of five being awarded under contract E24AV03 to create a pool of consultants for these services. Work will be assigned on a rotational basis.
