Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with NV5, Inc. as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants. NV5 will provide professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, numbered E24AV03C, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. This is one of five similar agreements being awarded to provide these services. The services will support various capital improvement projects at MIA, including terminal and concourse construction/remodeling, apron and utilities projects, and parking structures. Work will be assigned on a rotational basis among the awarded firms. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed to any single firm.
