CONTRACT AWARD TO LEGO CONSTRUCTION

Miami-Dade County approved a contract for the Miami International Airport (MIA) Terminal Wide Re-roofing and Lightning System Upgrades Project No. AA078A with LEGO Construction Co. The project involves replacing approximately 410,000 square feet of roofing across North, Central, and South Terminals, upgrading lightning protection, and installing a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system. The contract amount is not to exceed $125,703,562.22, with a contract term of 1,460 calendar days.
