Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Supplemental Agreement No. 10 under Contract No. BW7961-3/11 with Trapeze Software Group, Inc. This agreement extends the contract for Trapeze Software Implementation, Technical Support, and Maintenance services for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. It also authorizes an expenditure increase of $3,062,860.00, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064.00. The extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for critical transit scheduling and paratransit software platforms while DTPW implements new, competitively procured replacement systems. The contract, which supports fixed-route bus and rail scheduling, as well as paratransit operations, will now expire on June 30, 2029. The resolution requires a two-thirds vote for adoption.
