Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Trapeze Software Group, Inc. under Contract No. BW7961-3/11. This action approves Supplemental Agreement No. 10, extending the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). The extension adds three years and $3,062,860 in expenditure authority, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. This extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for DTPW's transit scheduling and paratransit operations while new, competitively procured systems are implemented. The contract, which expires June 21, 2026, will now expire on June 30, 2029. The agreement allows for the discontinuation of individual software modules if replacement systems are implemented earlier.
