Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Trapeze Software Group, Inc. under Contract No. BW7961-3/11. This approval extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. The expenditure authority is increased by $3,062,860, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. This extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for DTPW's transit scheduling and paratransit software platforms while new systems are implemented. The contract allows for the discontinuation of individual modules if replacement systems are operational before the extension expires. The Board approved this by a two-thirds vote.
