Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Supplemental Agreement No. 10 under Contract No. BW7961-3/11 with Trapeze Software Group, Inc. This agreement extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. It also authorizes an expenditure increase of $3,062,860, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. The extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for DTPW's transit scheduling and paratransit operations while new systems are implemented. The agreement allows for the discontinuation of individual software modules if replacement systems are operational before the contract's expiration. The Board approved this by a two-thirds vote.
