Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Trapeze Software Group, Inc. under Contract No. BW7961-3/11. This approval extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for an additional three years, increasing the expenditure authority by $3,062,860.00. The total modified contract value will be $20,889,064.00. This extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) transit scheduling and paratransit software platforms while DTPW implements new, competitively procured replacement systems. The contract can be terminated early for specific modules if replacement systems are implemented sooner. The Board approved this by a two-thirds vote.
