CONVEYANCE TO FDOT TWO EASEMENTS AT MIAMI GARDENS DRIVE

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing the conveyance of two perpetual easements, Parcel 800 (2,414 sq ft) and Parcel 801 (1,061 sq ft), to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for a nominal price of $1.00. These easements are located at the SW corner of SR 860/Miami Gardens Drive and NW 37th Avenue, and the SE corner of SR 860/Miami Gardens Drive and NE 6th Avenue, respectively. The purpose is for FDOT's roadway improvement project, including installing traffic signals, modifying turning radii, realigning pedestrian crosswalks, and constructing associated infrastructure.
