CONVEYANCES FROM IVAN RABINOVICH PROPERTIES LLC

Miami-Dade County adopted a resolution accepting two property conveyances for road purposes. The first conveyance is from Ivan Rabinovich Properties LLC, as Trustee of the JG 2120 Land Trust, for portions of NW 21 Court at NW 99 Terrace and NW 99 Street. The second conveyance is from Guzman Homes, LLC, for a portion of NW 23 Avenue at NW 82 Street. These conveyances are required to satisfy zoning and land development requirements for street intersection radius returns of twenty-five feet. The estimated annual maintenance cost for these rights-of-way is $30, funded by the DTPW General Fund. The Board of County Commissioners approved and accepted these conveyances.
