Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing an additional three-year term and two one-year options to renew for Contract No. BW733-2/25 for Documentum Software License, Support, and Maintenance Services. The expenditure authority is increased by $7,346,096.00, bringing the total modified amount to $13,405,520.00. This contract is for the Communications, Information and Technology Department (CITD) on behalf of County departments and Constitutional Offices. The software supports enterprise web content management (TeamSite) and enterprise content management (Documentum), managing millions of documents, supporting web publishing for over 30 County websites including miamidade.gov, and enabling public records requests and audits. The contract was originally awarded to OpenText, Inc. on July 20, 2021. The extension is considered cost-effective to allow for uninterrupted access and to develop specifications for a future procurement of a new ECM system. The User Access Program applies; Small Business Enterprise measures, Local Preference, and Living Wage do not apply.
