Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing an additional three-year term with two one-year options to renew for Documentum Software License, Support, and Maintenance Services. The expenditure authority is increased by $7,346,096, bringing the total modified amount to $13,405,520 for Contract No. BW733-2/25. This contract is for the Communications, Information and Technology Department (CITD) on behalf of County departments and Constitutional Offices. The software supports enterprise web content management (TeamSite) and enterprise content management (Documentum), managing millions of mission-critical documents, supporting web publishing, and ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. The extension is considered the most cost-effective approach to allow for uninterrupted access to services while requirements for a future procurement of a new system are developed. The contract is with OpenText, Inc.
