The vehicle is authorized for donation to Community Coalition of South Dade, Inc., a private non-profit agency, to enhance its service delivery. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute a community-based organization agreement. The Donee must take possession within 60 days of the effective date, and is responsible for all transfer costs. Failure to take possession within 60 days will render the resolution null and void.
