Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a 99-year amended and restated ground lease and consulting agreement for the redevelopment of the Gallery at Lummus Parc (Phase 1) and Residences at Lummus Parc (Phase 2). The project involves the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion and redevelopment of public housing units. Phase 1 includes approximately 257 housing units and a parking garage, with 57 RAD units transferred. Phase 2 will include approximately 182 housing units, with the remaining 23 RAD units. The total estimated amount for the Phase 1 consulting agreement is $354,566,874.00. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute these agreements and negotiate Phase 2 agreements without further board approval.
