Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-460-26, approving the plat of Jackson Hospital. The project is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 52 South, Range 41 East, within the City of North Miami Beach. The boundaries are defined by NW 171 Terrace to the north, approximately 160 feet west of N.W. Miami Court to the east, NW 168 Street to the south, and NW 2 Avenue to the west. The zoning is CF (Community Facility) and the proposed usage is a surface parking lot. This replat consolidates previously platted parcels and closed roads/alleys into a single parcel. All improvements are stated to be in place, with no fiscal impact to the county and no developer obligations. The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County is authorized to file and execute the plat.
