Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-558-26, authorizing amendments to lease and land use plans for the Mental Health Center located at 2200 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33127. The resolution approves non-competitive designated purchases for services at the center totaling up to $45,687,127.00 over three years, with options for renewal. Contracts include up to $27,218,627.00 for The Village South, Inc. (WestCare Foundation, Inc.) for mental health services and up to $4,169,861.00 for The Advocate Program Inc. for ancillary services. Additional estimated operating costs to the county are not to exceed $14,298,639.00 annually.
