Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving the amended Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget for the Miami Gardens Community Redevelopment Agency and Area, totaling $13,491,027.00. This approval is contingent upon the negotiation of a right-to-use agreement for the Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center (also known as the North Dade Cultural Arts Center) by the County.
