Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving the amended Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget for the Miami Gardens Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the Miami Gardens Community Redevelopment Area. A key condition for the budget's validity is the successful negotiation of a right-to-use agreement for the Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center (also known as the North Dade Cultural Arts Center) by the County Mayor or designee.
