Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance amending the boundaries of the Ojus Sanitary Sewer Special Benefit Area (OSSSBA) by adding one property. The ordinance also ratified the non-ad valorem assessment roll, rates, and assessments for the OSSSBA for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The total assessment for the special benefit, including financing charges, is $21,223,217.00 over 28 years. The newly added parcel will have an annual assessment of $0.5656 per square foot.
