Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants. PSI will provide professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E24AV03A, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. This is one of five such agreements being awarded to a pool of consultants for various capital improvement projects at MIA, including terminals, concourses, aircraft ramps, runways, parking structures, and auxiliary buildings. Work will be assigned on a rotational basis. The project is part of MIA's modernization plan, which has been expanded to $12 billion.
