This ordinance, File Number 261075, proposed the creation of a Same-Day Permitting Program for certain minor residential projects in Miami-Dade County. The ordinance was adopted on first reading by the Board of County Commissioners on 6/16/2026 but was later withdrawn by the Policy Council on 7/13/2026.
