The Coventry Security Guard Special Taxing District's governing ordinance (Ordinance No. 93-5) was amended to permit the use of license plate readers or other updated visitor management technology for documenting vehicles entering and exiting the district. This amendment allows for enhanced visitor tracking, supplementing the existing security guard services. The guardhouse is located on N.E. 198th Terrace, west of N.E. 18th Avenue. Construction of the guardhouse and installation of gates are capital improvements to be provided by the homeowners association.
