Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance creating the Palm Bay South Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing District. This district is established to maintain landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and the exterior of fencing or walls abutting public rights-of-way, including turf, trees, shrubs, and irrigation.
