Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance creating the Palm Bay South Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing District. This district is established to maintain landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and the exterior of fencing or walls within its boundaries, should any association or community development district fail to provide these services. The district is located in Unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Commission District 9. The sole property owner and developer, Palm Bay South, LLC, petitioned for the district's creation.
