Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-540-26, authorizing an additional expenditure of $1,901,390.00 for Contract No. FB-00446, Towing Services. The additional funds are for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) and the People and Internal Operations Department (PIOD) to ensure continuity of towing services for County vehicles, including buses, due to increased towing requests, expanded transit operations, and rising costs.
