AMENDING DEED RE BUILDING BETTER COMMUNITIES

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is authorizing an amended and restated county deed for three properties (Folio Nos. 10-7813-050-0380, 30-5032-000-0370, and 30-5032-000-0380) to Building Better Communities of South Florida, Inc. This action grants a two-year extension, until July 29, 2028, for the completion of multi-family rental units intended for very low-, low-, or moderate-income households. Additionally, it permits the conveyance of these properties to Javon Gardens LLC, an affiliate and joint venture between Building Better Communities and Pyramid Construction, to facilitate securing financing. The project was previously authorized for single-family homes but was amended to multi-family rental units.
