CEI SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE UNDERLINE

Miami-Dade County Commissioners approved Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services for The Underline Phase 3 – Segments 3 to 9. The agreement increases the maximum contract value to $8,252,721.83 and extends the contract term to 1,654 non-compensable calendar days. This is to ensure continuous and adequate construction oversight due to an expanded scope and extended schedule approved previously. The additional services will support enhanced quality assurance, increased inspection and coordination for added project elements like corridor-wide Wi-Fi, and extended construction oversight. The original contract was approved on April 4, 2023. The supplemental agreement is funded by Mobility Impact Fees.
