CHANGE ORDER #1 WITH RIC-MAN INTERNATIONAL S-945

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is ratifying Change Order #1 to Contract #S-945 with Ric-Man International, Inc. for the construction of a 60-inch force main (NL-1A) (West Segment).
