The Miami-Dade County Charter Review Task Force Final Report was accepted by the Board of County Commissioners. The Task Force was established to review the Home Rule Charter and recommend amendments. They conducted public meetings, reviewed research, and solicited public input. The Task Force recommends eight proposed amendments to the Charter and an additional recommendation that no amendments affecting the Urban Development Boundary be proposed.
