Miami-Dade County is enacting regulations for the safe operation of Personal Delivery Devices (PDDs) and Mobile Carriers (MCs) in both incorporated and unincorporated areas. This ordinance creates Chapter 31, Article VIII of the Miami-Dade County Code.
