ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION AND UTILITY SERVICE FEE

Miami-Dade County is establishing a loan program funded by utility service fees for environmental remediation projects that protect the drinking water supply. The program targets County-owned properties or former County-owned properties (prior to January 1, 2025), requiring a minimum of 10 acres for remediation.
