The funds will support public services, economic development, housing, and public facilities/capital improvements, primarily benefiting low- to moderate-income residents and neighborhoods countywide. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to submit the plan to HUD, manage fund allocations, execute contracts, and modify agreements. A scrivener's error regarding an Allapattah community resource center facility improvement was corrected from District 2 to District 3.
