Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners awarded Contract No. S-16113 for wastewater and water service to commercial properties in the Green Tech Corridor S-1 North. The project involves installing approximately 12,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer gravity pipe, manholes, and laterals, and replacing approximately 4,000 linear feet of aging water mains, including fire hydrants.
