The district is generally bounded by SW 325 Street (North), SW 194 Avenue (East), SW 328 Street (Lucy Street) (South), and SW 197 Avenue (Richard Road) (West). The project involves the installation of approximately 28 LED streetlights and the maintenance of landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, and lakes. The initial estimated cost for street lighting services for the first year is $125,783.92, and for the second year is $29,042.16. Multipurpose maintenance services are estimated at $79,437.60 annually, starting after the developer or association fails to provide them. The developer, Harmony Three, LLC, petitioned for the district, and 100% of property owners signed. The district is located within Commission District 9. The ordinance is in draft, with a first reading scheduled for July 21, 2026, and a public hearing on September 1, 2026. The street lighting agreement will be with Florida Power and Light.
