Miami-Dade County is establishing the Harmony Homes Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is located within Commission District 9. The developer, Harmony Three, LLC, is the sole property owner and requested the district. The ordinance is in draft, with a first reading scheduled for July 21, 2026, and a public hearing on September 1, 2026. The street lighting agreement will be with Florida Power and Light. The district is expected to commence street lighting services in November 2028.
