Miami-Dade County is establishing the Harmony Homes Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district will provide maintenance for landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, and lakes, as well as street lighting services. The initial estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance is $79,437.60 annually, and for street lighting, it is $125,783.92 for the first year and $29,042.16 for the second year. The developer, Harmony Three, LLC, is responsible for the first year's street lighting costs. Assessments will be levied annually on property owners. The project is a subdivision requirement and is expected to commence street lighting services in November 2028.
