Miami-Dade County is establishing the Harmony Homes Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The developer, Harmony Three, LLC, is responsible for the first year's costs. The project is in draft status, with a first reading scheduled for July 21, 2026. The creation of this district is a subdivision requirement.
