Miami-Dade County is establishing the Harmony Homes Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The developer, Harmony Three, LLC, requested the district, which is a subdivision requirement. The district is generally bounded by SW 325 Street (North), SW 194 Avenue (East), SW 328 Street (Lucy Street) (South), and SW 197 Avenue (Richard Road) (West). The project is in Section 14, Township 57 South, Range 38 East. The ordinance is in draft, with a first reading on June 15, 2026, and an agenda date of July 21, 2026. The expected start of street lighting services is November 2028.
